Morde giving me FPS drops?

I haven't seen any complaints about this since his release but whenever morde is on screen his abilities (especially dragon) will cause my frames to drop. Now my computer can run a flat 120 fps all game in even the biggest of team fights, it seems ridiculous i can lose about 20 frames whenever he's on screen with NOTHING happening. I can only imagine how this might effect players that play at 30 fps. Reminds me of when i had my old computer and nocturnes ult would cause my game to freeze for a second after it ended.
