A fell game ago for example my team surrendered against a 
20 minutes in the game with 1k gold behind with even turrets. Whe had a 
that clearly would have outscaled them. And they still all 4 surrendered... And the best part is, our mid got first blood on and was winning the lane. On bot whe where winning & top was even. They just surrendered because they misplayed one teamfight...
This behavior should be reportable...
