Punishing Ranked Feeders

Hello everyone today I propose that we punish the people who feed in ranked. Im not trying to sound mean or anything is that ranked is the most important quece in the game and it is meant to be very competitive and intense and heartracing. You should not go into ranked and then be waiting until it is 20 mins to ff because ur teemo is 0 and 12 or be laughing at the enemy at how bad they are playing and having a piece of cake. ranked should be competitive and I think the people who feed or don't play to there skill lvl or elo should be punished for ruining the experience for those who seek a competeive enjoyable game,win or lose.
