You had a sion on your team. Ignore the fact of having 3 tanks
You failed from the pick and ban phase:
-Your team has 3 Tanks so the only significant damage source are Zed and Fortune, but Zed is an assassin so the only consistent damage source is Fortune which isn't nearly enough.
-In addition, your team is mostly AD, the enemy can just stack armor and be immortal.
