Can we bring back old Dominion as featured game mode?
New Dominion is very boring in comparison, and it is also a totally different game. I really miss old dominion.

Old Dominion: 5 points, a point management game. It's fun to be able to backdoor, it's fun that fights have to be strategic. Really active and interesting game. If your team does badly at team fight #1, there are other ways to win. You're always running about with your team trying to make sure you have your points, switching off here and there. Lot of fun.

"Definitely Not Dominion" : Single point, single team fight. Jungle stuff to help single team fight. Boring af. It's basically ABAM with some buffs on a Dominion map. If there is any strategy, it's all only to that single team fight. If team is doing badly, the jungle stuff is meant to be a buff. If I wanted to play ABAM, I'd rather just custom map it...... It's so simplistic and boring.

If there wasn't "playership before", it would have been because people are choosing between classic / dominion and forgot about it. Can't we at least have it as a featured?

Well, what are your thoughts? Any redeeming features about Def not dominion? I keep trying to play it but it's just so boring for me. And makes me miss Dominion, which was actually interesting. Convince me otherwise? Or what do you guys think.

Word. This game mode is a complete shambles. Who thinks it is a good idea to have one objective completely control who wins or loses the game? It's like a really shitty ARAM with a bunch of noob bait thrown in to create constant imbalance and frustration. Whichever team has more players who fall for the noob bait is the team that loses. It's not their fault, though, because no reasonable person would ever imagine that a game mode this bad could be designed where controlling only one of the several objectives on the map was the only thing that mattered and everything else was just troll laughs by the developers to see who would be sucker enough to fall for it.

I seriously wonder if the person who designed this game mode was just trolling their employer, like, "Let's see how shit I can make it and still get a promotion." It seems like that kind of thing.

I never got to play Dominion, but according to most it was not a complete clusterfuck and totally boring like this game mode is. Ok, thanks, bye.

I personally would love this, but as my summoner icon suggests, I loved old Dominion.

I love 10 times more new dominion than old. The old one felt thacky and with too much unnecessary complexity that did not help it hold up.

... this might sound weird posed like this. basically, new dominion poses you few but clearcut choices that you can make during the game ( going to a point, take crystal, take mid) which makes it much more clear and approchable to peple that want to play it once in a while, both on how they should play and what champions you have/want to pick. Old Dominion instead was much more muddy in that regard, and no one had time to deal with that shit besides 2-3 people :P
