MAC CLIENT- Suspicious program Atos asks for access to computer, latest patch Crashing/black screen(once disallowed)

Some strange thing called atos asked for permission to run... What is this?

Now the game is crashing, crashing, crashing, and I cannot load in after champion select I was doing the poor thing.

I probably should have let it run, but it was really suspicious and riot didn't talk about atos.

Update: After a while, it worked fine. I did not need to give them permission, and it has not appeared since. I do not know about other people- some of the redditers talked about it always appearing ever since latest patch. My computer is very, very fast though (Which is why it's truly, truly, outrageous when the mac client has bugs, because I know that the fault is not with my computer...) I am still concerned and there are other users reporting bugs and disconnects with the mac client.

I am somewhat concerned however, about the users who did. If Riot does not know about this program, and it is a virus or something similar, please address it as soon as possible, because it appears to be a thing in the mac client that a lot of people are coming up against.
