lol, I went from gold to bronze after placements

Because I hated dynamic queue so much, once I got to gold last season, I pretty much stopped playing. I'd play a ranked game maybe once a month after getting to gold, but the pretty much non-existent impact I had in games compared just demoralized the hell out of me. Dyanmic queue was pretty much decided by which team had the better premade; that team gets to win.

But apparently, not playing ranked for extended periods of time makes your MMR decay a good deal. When I finally got around to doing my placements, I got put into bronze 2. I haven't been bronze since season 3. I can't wait till everybody else finishes placements so I can actually start playing against bronze players. I can already imagine their reaction when my tanks and bruisers bulldoze through the glass cannons that they think are the only way to climb.
