just hit 4800 IP,i want a new ADC as A:i suck as MissFortune B:im ok with Jhin but he has low damage due to his fixed attack speed, where champs can do his AA damage with 2.5 attacks a second C:suck at Twitch cause Q/E. D:im "OK" with Ashe but want some variety E:i don't get OP noskill (in my elo.) champs like Vayne. with her %max HP true damage...kinda no counter with the fact true damage counter is HP and %counter is armor/MR,and with it going off with 3 AA's you cant just poke for half a second and leave for like 5 for the bolts to go away as her passive is more MS towards enemy champs.

Draven can snowball really heavily but doesn't have the range of a lot of meta ADC choices right now.

He's one of the hardest champions in the game. A bad Draven is exceedingly easy to punish. A good Draven is absolute hell to play against.

Don't take this wrong, but if you have to ask you shouldn't play him. He has a big learning curve. I'd say get caitlyn

Takes practice but yes he's a good adc.

Yes if you don't mind micromanagement champions, otherwise he'll feel like a chore to play.
