Bare minimum... literally... this screen shot is a good example of information that players would want to know.
I don't understand why Riot doesn't add AD/AP ratios, level base damage, type of damage, or how about how the skill works at all?
Reaper Soraka1 votesI think they want to keep it simple for new players. A new player would read that wall of text and come out of it with nothing. The simple sentence, while too vague for experienced players, is easier for them to swallow.

By default it would be off as to not overwhelm people, turning it on will let us see more info.
