Oh yay chat restricted AGAIN

So I just left my ranked match and saw I was chat restricted for 33 games, again. Funny that I have seen no warnings of being reported for "verbal abuse" or "offensive language" and that I have only been using the chat box to tell people to group or something.

When is the tribunal going to come back? Apparently it takes one word to get banned and no words to be chat restricted. Anybody else?
