No matter how much you downvote me, I believe in elo hell (Warning a salty post)

Streaks where you lose 4 games in a row and are the only player on your team with a possitive kda? Where you play your worst position and still do better then the rest of your team. Where the opponent is a cho gath top first pick and your team picks a tf top into it. Just stuff like that. And yes, I'm salty. How can I carry my way through bronze when the opposing team has a fed annie? Let the downvotes rain in but you can look at my match history. Almost every game I play in ranked I do well but we still manage to lose the game. Almost every ranked game I've played in that I've lost I've had either a feeder(s), afk, or troll. There has been very few games that I feel I should have legitimately lost. A wise man once told me that if you are gaining 30 lp each win that you do not belong in that league. But how do I get out of bronze if I can't win enough games to get to promos? The only reason I play ranked is because it looks bad to be in bronze. Once I get to silver I swear I am done with ranked. Normals and ARAM are so much more enjoyable just because I feel like the skill level that I play in is much higher then that of ranked. Is it just me or does that feel screwed up in some sort of way. It shouldn't feel like the competitive level of play is lower then the relaxed level of play.

Ranked sucks when you get on a bad run of games, I hear you. When things are going bad, I try to remember that I'm only 1 of 10 people in the game. I can't take all the credit when we win, and I can't take all the blame when I lose. I try to look at a game and ask what I could have done differently to help us win. I've seen some great suggestions on this over the years, a few of my favorites are -

Did things get salty? Could I have helped steer us to a happy place? Reminding people to focus on the game, calling out good plays. Some games you're going to lose, but when you're mid has a bad start and is low on confidence, helping him or her keep their focus on the game can really turn things around.

How was the pick / ban phase? Did i learn anything about the matchup, and what would I do differently next time?

How was our shotcalling? Did i shotcall? SHOULD I have been shotcalling? I feel like a lot of games that I lose we could have won if we'd had someone seize the game and get everyone grouped for an objective? Did we stay too long at their tower after a kill and get punished?

Did i buy enough wards? :)

Last, you do need to play enough games to get to the right spot. Each season we do a soft reset on everyone, to give you a challenge in climbing back to where you deserve to be.

Good luck!

Winning lane and having great personal stats is not the same as killing the nexus. That is why LP/MMR is gained through wins and never affected by your personal score. Focus less on having a great personal score and more about controlling the objectives and ensuring the other lanes don't feed because you're too busy looking at your KDA in your own.

i could probable play from bronze 5 to gold 5 Easily. Worry bout you, not everyone else maybe. play strong champions if you want i don't care i play whats fun and have gotten out of bronze countless times and even climbed silver. never ended a season under gold 5

Edit: this isn't me saying "man i'm so good" I'm just simply saying i don't believe in elo hell unless you define it as everyone has there own form of "elo hell" which is there peak skill currently and cant climb anymore or something

you are wrong friend. if you are good enough it is very easy to get out.

i have to lose intentionally all the time to keep from promoting on my bronze account. and im not even very good! my best account is silver 3.

There is only 1 common factor in all of those games: you

Why are you not that fed Annie that you see in your games? Hint: It's not because your team is full of noobs

Elo hell does not exist, and that's a fact. I myself have believed in it many many times, until i got my ass kicked by a diamond player who tried to coach me and opened my fucking eyes.

First, become THE perfect player, then think about complaining. You'll know better

I realize that in this post I sound stuck up and downright rude. But the meaning of this post is really not meant to say how I do well KDA wise just I do better in general. I complete more objectives place more wards do everything I feel like I should do and yet somehow we still manage to lose the game. Like when I get fed but can't do anything with it because everyone else on the opposing team is also fed.

Nah... You will just be back in here complaining about the silvers who think they are the shizzle because they made it out of bronze but they are just as bad or worse.

You need to farm and put pressure on your enemy laner's turret. Hard.
