Looking for new champ to main

I main Annie. I find I trade really well and zone really well. Focusing on last hitting to me is quite boring so I like that I can reliably Q my minions. Is there any other champion that can spam an ability and easily secure minion kills? (Not Karthus pls).

I'm considering Nasus but there is a relatively high mana cost and CD associated with it.
