No, my point was Tribunal never caused people to "improve behavior", rather in 99% of cases it ended in a ban. But I guess if you can't play then your behavior improved, amirite?

I still had my honors erased at the end of Season 3 by the Tribunal.

Granted all games in the report "card" I got were blank (eems like the Tribunal didn't have access to team chat in ARAM games or something)

yeah it was gone since season 2, riot does it all on their own now and not with any input from players which breaks the ToS

I mean, I was playing this game since November.December 2012, so how could I vote on cases in 2013 if there was no Tribunal?

Do people even get banned still? I mean I report dem trolls, but I didn't know if they were getting banned. I couldn't imagine Riot actually WORKING to go through the reports themselves hence the development of tribunal to begin with

They get banned. It's just automated now, and it depends on the number of reports instead of the quality of the offense. So basically you can get reported by a team of trolls and still get banned since they'll get you through sheer numbers.

This makes me sad since when I heard about the tribunal I was really excited about being a part of the community and helping to get some ragers or trolls out of the player pool for at least a while.
