Game Replays, how do you lock onto just ONE champion?

I watched one of my replay's through the client. I couldn't figure out how to have the camera ONLY follow one champion.

Also, is there a way for the replay to display what items a champion has?

I did that, it still will leave that champion from time to time though!

when the champion you're following dies it will leave them, then go back to them when they respawn

Why is this not a thing? if it is what is it? I wan't to follow a particular player to learn but it jump's around.

Just double click on them and it will lock on them, permanently.
