New "Everyone Has Bad Day" message please

ChoNuff··3 votes·879 views

I would like the message to read something like this, "We realize everyone has bad days, and most likely your teammates who reported you are really surrendering pansies but could you please ease up on them a little bit...cause, you know, they are pansies".

Would be fun to read this warning message and since I would be finally understood by the riot reporting algorithm, gosh darn I bet I would be so much nicer next game when my teammates uselessly surrender yet again...because that is the nature of this game now...careful riot. Easy to find another game where competitiveness is valued. The surrender mentality making lol a joke and a waste. Gonna hang in there for preseason but I am not impressed with all the surrendering and your message acts like there is validity to the reporting. Who ya kidding?

Don't pretend like YOU'RE the victim here. I'll quote C.K Louis: 'When someone tells you that you hurt them, you don't get to decide that you didn't.'

That said, I hate how I was flagged for 'leaving the game' when my client just wouldn't connect at the loading screen. Took fifteen minutes to get in, and then I was forced to type 'I understand' into the Bad day message popup just to get it to clear. No, fuck that. It was YOUR client that messed up, not me afking. I'm not agreeing to abstain from a behavior I didn't commit in the first place.

Assuming that is C. S. Louis quote...in competitive game you better have teammates who try or your whole team is the victim of the other team. If they are not committed to playing game out then they should play candyland. I tell you what, you can have the pretty board piece if that helps you next time you get out your candyland board. Put people on mute. That is fine. Ignore people. I don't care. But try to win. That is only uniting principle for the 5 people randomly thrown together. Truth is the people who wanna surrender don't wanna try to figure out how to come back. The would rather win easy the next game than try in the game they are already in and playing. That should be reportable right there. Still think answer is have a q where you can't surrender. Try that one riot. People get what they want. Candyland all day and diehards. We all happy with our own.

It requires a majority vote, and it passed. At that point it doesn't matter if you think they're wrong.

And you can report whatever you please, but surrendering is not bannable. You know what IS bannable? Harassing your teammates for having a different opinion than you, You want to get angry over it, go ahead. Now you're aware that you'll keep getting warnings for your behavior and eventually be punished, and that's on you if you continue, not Riot or the other players or anyone else.

That goes both ways and a players opinion of, "it's only ARAM", is trumped by their apathy and not playing the game the way it was intended. They do not have a leg to stand on when saying things like that in a competitive atmosphere, regardless of what mode they are playing when they say these stupid things. That player needs to stop playing league or any game with real people in a competitive atmosphere and go play a solo player game where they can have that opinion and nobody would question it.

The surrender button is a crutch for "candyland" players and is abused as such and should be removed from the game altogether. Yes, it should be reportable when used in this manner because it's use is showing a negative attitude.

It IS reportable. Good luck getting someone banned for using a system put in place and supported by Riot though.

The fact that you received a warning for it clearly shows that the community thinks YOUR behavior is out of line, not the people surrendering.

You're wrong. Get over it.

You're right. It is reportable. What I meant to say is it should be ban worthy. According to how the game is intended to be played, you are wrong, get over it. You have ZERO legs to stand on according to how RIOT intended their game to be played.

You and sheep like you created your own way of playing the game and RIOT chooses not to do anything because you sorry POS make up most of their player base.

If Riot didn't intend for players to be able to surrender (with a MAJORITY vote, it's not like the moment one person want to surrender it goes through) then why did they add the option to begin with?

You and sheep like you created your own way of playing the game and RIOT chooses not to do anything because you sorry POS make up most of their player base.

You say this as if players are the ones that added the surrender feature into the game.

And finally, I can see why you received your warning, and hopefully a permanent ban soon. 'Sorry POS' indeed.

I'm not the one who received the warning. At least now I know you don't pay attention so I can't expect someone like you to even begin to comprehend the reason the surrender button was added. Here's a hint...It's definitely not for the reason you sheep abuse it. If you can figure it out then congratulations but my guess is you will never come close but continue to argue with the lack of common sense you possess.
