"Best" match ever- a Trolling Hecaim who thinks he owns the Tribunal or something

So, Hecaim first steals Jungle- without callout in Champ Select- and then starts making me realy freaking pissed off, thinking he knows better, beleving that he owns me or the Tribunal or something, and then makes me the bad guy for having my Jungle Nasus being shoved offline. WHAT THE FUCK!
