so it's been two weeks which apparently is the general spacing between patches but I have yet to see an update on patch notes or have had a need to update. is this due to the time zone where riot is at (that I don't know so...yeah.) or nothings coming?

On 06/01/17, starting at, 01:30 Pacific Time (08:30 UTC), ranked queues will be disabled in preparation for patch 7.11. At 03:00 Pacific time (10:00 UTC), the servers will be shut down and all games currently in progress will end in a draw and stats will not be recorded. We estimate the battlegrounds will be unavailable for 3 hours.
There's this thing called a Holiday that happened to occur yesterday (Memorial Day) and thus the Patch will be Launching on Thursday June 1st.
