Over a 5 minute portion of the lane phase, that's an extra 300 hp, comparable to 2 hp pots. I'm not saying "OMG SO OP PLS NERF", just that hp regen does make a difference in laning.

I don't think you realize what I'm saying. People are acting like this is some big, 1000+ damage to her Q buff. All this does is make you poke her slightly more, like 1 aa and that's it. No need for more whine threads.

I personally think that people are more irritated at the fact that Riven couldn't sit in the shitter for more than two patches without receiving a buff, where champions like Aatrox Fiddlesticks Galio pre-rework Gangplank Karthus KogMaw Mordekaiser Pantheon Taric Syndra Zyra Urgot sat in the toilet for full seasons at a time, but two patches with Riven's win rate below 50% and she sees a buff.

I know that's what I'm irritated about. It's not like the buff is going to shoot her win rate up to 70% or something, but the fact that she got attention so quickly when all these other champions had to wait for meta shifts, new items, complete reworks, or are still waiting for something to make them even viable, is really annoying to me.
