Riot, PLEASE add options to report trolls and autolockers

I'm getting really annoyed with autolockers especially because that's what I have to deal with the most. And there should really be an option to report them that actually punishes them for it. Right now, I just report them for refusing to communicate, but does that really even do anything? Whatever penalty that gives you, if any at all, it isn't going to fix their behavior. They're gonna keep doing it. Plus it doesn't always apply. Some autolockers will refuse to go anywhere but the lane they called when it was already called by someone else

I know this can't be a problem in team builder, but I pretty much only play blind pick because it seems like the quickest for me. But I'm so sick of people thinking that they can just go wherever they want because they only ever play one role. It's just the rules to call a lane first, and then go that lane. So when someone violates that, why can't we report them for it?

Another huge problem in normal is trolls. I actually just was in a game and went adc and my supp picked Garen. I ended up reporting him for leaving, because that's exactly what he did, which is good too, but if he hadn't left there was nothing I could do about it. I asked him several times in champ select not to pick Garen, and so did the rest of the team, but he did and obviously, bot got extremely fed because I lacked a legitimate support and he basically did nothing to help the entire time, so yeah

So please add more options to reports. Mainly just autolocking and trolling, because those are the most annoying and problematic
