Just because you CAN jungle without smite, doesnt mean you should...

They also don't get the sweet jungling item that can either smite champs or objectives better while giving back mana and is upgraded to give 80 ap and 10% cdr, idk why a fiddle wouldn't want that...
Before I'd say you were wrong but with the new smite upgrades and what it provides, I don't see why you wouldn't get smite now.
