Riot, this isn't how you do patch note flavor texts
ACHING BLOOD : UNIQUE Passive - 20% of pre-mitigation damage you deal to champions is gained as Blood Charges, up to a cap of 100-250 (at levels 1-18). Healing or shielding an ally consumes your current Blood Charges to heal that ally.
I find it mildly hilarious that the flavor text for what has been reduced to a support item is a reference to this godly skill from FE:Fates:
Aching Blood: If using a custom weapon with a name at least 12 characters long, gain +10 Crit [chance].
So you turned an offensive item into a support item, then used the personal skill of a glass cannon as flavor text for the new support passive.
