The skin feels bland in comparision to other 1820 RP skins.

I refuse to buy this skin at it surrent price. Please consider lowering it.

Might I ask what makes it not worth it? I mean it does have custom animations, vo, new model etc.

No 1820 RP skin is worth 1820 RP. The majority of 1350RP skins are better than a majority of the current "ledgendaries."

1350RP skins are lowkey the new legendary tier.

Well remember like Pulse Fire Ezreal, which is even older, this skin was released in November of 2013. It's rounding on being nearly 4 years old and a lot of the technology and art has become better since then. It was an amazing skin when it was released arguably the best at the time. Is it still good? I think so! It's an excellent skin with some fantastic particles and animations but it may feel somewhat less due to RIOT consistently upping their game on every new skin they release.
