When is rito going to address the trolling in the game?

Trolls can't be instantly banned for 1 game of trolling. Systems sees 1 game of trolling as a "bad game" and therefore nothing is done. But if he keeps on trolling, he's out!
On the other hand, all you can do is pray that you dont have a troll on your team. you have 4 teammates, 5 enemies. chances of them being trolls are higher than your team's.
So don't trigger them by saying "don't troll" in champ select, some people take it as a dare!
