Hey guys, my next [SALT] is all about the age of the League playerbase, and unfortunately there is a lot of generalization when it comes to gaming demographics. So that's where you guys come in!

Go here and fill out the form (1-3 questions, that's all).

You can even see the current results if you finish!

This will not only simply be interesting but will also really help me out if enough people contribute!

######Note: Oops, I goofed a little when I noticed a typo. It'll be accounted for in the final results, but as far as the live results, there are exactly 11 non-displayed votes for the 16-20 age in the third question that should be there. My bad!!

so feed back on the final question. I get that its optional but i would of liked to be able to select a bigger range. 5 year increments are just to small. i woule of liekd to seem them as 20 -29 30-39 ect.

You'll have to be careful when using the results of this survey, since:

It's only a sampling of the forum community, and
It suffers from (self) selection bias.

Sent mine in: The data so far seems interesting, but I guess you'd need more people to take the survey for more data.

I guess it's worth noting that, assuming you keep the link to the survey on CB, you may get limited data/ have data skewed somehow.

I'm a couple weeks away from my 21st birthday, so I put myself into the 21-25 age category instead of the 16-20. I'm looking forward to reading your next SALT. I've read some of your previous ones.

Hi! I think that this survey is a great idea, since age is obviously a big deal to a lot of lol-players. In many matches people treat me like shit because I'm only 14, and because I'm a girl. Anyone else that is experiencing something similar? This is only how I feel, and I'm curious if anyone else feels like this? summoner 3
