Hit level 30, THEN you get your refund points, also removing refunds for champions.

So i'm pretty sure most of us here can empathize with the fact that we wasted our refunds when we were low level and stupid.

Obligatory story of how i wasted my refunds:

• I bought draven, lost a game with him, refunded him
• I bought iBlitzcrank, played 3 games with him, then refunded for mecha khazix
• I refunded taric because i thought his in game model looked bad

So here's my idea, as a reward for leveling your account to level 30, you are given 3 refund points, instead of being given them at level 1, this will prevent a lot of ignorant newbs from regretting their choices later in their LoL career.

Another idea is to remove refunds for champions, and only have refunds specifically for rp puchases.
