We were in class, on the laptops, doing our work, and i notice this guy slacking off in the corner, leaning on his chair whilst browsing azir's wiki page, it wasn't dead silence, some background noise just loud enough so the teacher wouldn't notice me when i shouted "SHURIMA!!!!", the guy fell off his chair and everyone laughed at him :>

School has BS "Zero Tolerance" policy and nearly suspended me. Only when I complained did they take the time to see it was BS. The guy later went on to switch schools and say that my school ignores bullying.

Although I do believe everything before universities should be a second nature to most people since the things covered within primary to high school aren't all that hard, and failing to motivate studying is both the student and the teacher's fault, hence I won't say this guy is completely innocent or something like that.
But still, making fun out of him in front of the whole class is to me, just a very silly thing to do. He isn't doing any harm to anybody anyway, just off on the side doing his own little things, you on the other hand, are.

The problem I ran into with the OP was that he was in no position to judge or make fun out of the guy in the first place, at least not with the mindset he has. Because he was just as bad as him by not paying attention to the class while wandering off to see what this guy was up to in his corner, hence in one way or another it simply made OP worse in comparison to the person he was trying to ridicule for "misbehaviour" or whatever you call it.
I know it's just a simple slice of life daily laugh sort of thing, I get it, HaHa? Let's be real who laughs at this, especially after knowing what it really was behind the scene? Yes the motive and the methodology are entirely subjected to personal opinions, but imho the sentiment involved aren't.
I am in some level disturbed by OP's attitude on the matter where he simply refuses to admit or claim responsibility of the scene that he himself caused and instead tossed it on top of the guy saying "yeah he was fine with it". I mean what can he do in that situation besides laughing with the crowd, rage and storm out of the classroom in tears?
It's simply both hypocritical and irresponsible on OP's part.
At least say, Batman admits that he is a bad guy/outlaw/criminal by using excessive physical violence to hunt down other criminals, OP on the other hand, is the opposite.
I personally will not change my stance on this subject.

Nobody gets what I am talking about I guess,
If someone trolled me and made me fell off a chair, would I laugh? Of course.
But when the person who trolled me refuses to take responsibility/acknowledgement of doing the act or at least admitting that "yeah it wasn't nice but it was a guilty pleasure", but instead he would say "yer I see you bad so I can play the judge with you even though I'm just as bad, but hey, I mean you're fine with it right?"
That is what I absolutely despise. If you wanna screw me over, fine I can take that I can play along, but be responsible or at the very least fkn remember it after you've done so. The attitude OP has is the very example of not being a funny dude but simply a dick.
But hey no one gets what I am saying, at least OP would never get it now that's for sure, seeing how big the balloon of his ego has been inflated within this post by this point.
