Still waiting

For an IP ban on people who exhibit extreme toxicity from different accounts. They stole mommies credit card and don't care about any single account they have access to, so remove access altogether please.

I'm not the shining knight as far as examples go, and I've received bans before, but I've cleaned up my chat, and the vast majority of what I say, that's negative, is strictly game related, "you pushed up way too far and got punished," "You are playing extremely passive, I can't support you like this," "your performance is currently very bad," "you not grouping with us is causing us to lose," etc. I'm honest and straightforward, and i hope people take what I say seriously, not personally. I compliment good play, do what you can and I'll acknowledge it.

However, homophobic slurs, "stay silver/bronze," or "go kill yourself you useless (expletives)", "your build is r%%%%%ed, what a useless (expletive)" is not ok. I want to play this game, but I don't want the toxic players that come with it. If anyone from Riot reads this, check out the chat logs on my most recent game, you'll see what I'm talking about.

Update your terms of service to allow access to the IP address, and it becomes feasible. For those saying it's a privacy violation, do it through a program that anonymizes the IP address to anyone who might attempt to view a specific address. I don't have the know-how, but I know it can be done.

Tl;dr IP ban those who exhibit extreme toxicity from multiple accounts from the same IP address, and develop ways to acquire the information necessary.
