Boom, fixed a lot of the feeding and 33% of "toxicity".

I don't think it's necessarily a bad idea, but I do believe that the Mastery system is still too new to be a requirement for Ranked. That said, this may be interesting to see implemented during the preseason, to take full effect at the start of the 2016 season.

Great idea. Upvoted.

This would be a horrible, horrible idea. No.

Noty. I have many accounts and I don't wanna grind a bazillion games just to use a champion I already know how to play.

The ranked requirements absolutely must be made more stringent. This is a serious mode; players should be serious about playing it, not limping in with all the 450's just because they dom-botted to 30.

So, even though I had a 23 win 7 loss record with Kog'Maw in season 3, I'm not qualified to play Ranked with him cause I don't have any mastery with him.

Just focus on improving your own play. You cannot control other people, and it only makes you worse at the game when you try.

I actually think Mastery level 1 would be fine, because it basically means that you have to have played the champion at least once in a 5s game before bringing it into Ranked. 3 seems a bit high, especially for players that learn champions particularly quickly.

That being said, this sort of restriction would make trading almost impossible since everyone's likely to have a different champion pool.

This is a good idea, but what's with your threads and "33% toxicity"?

I kinda like the idea, simply because many people in bronze with play ranked and be like First time Ezreal.. like wtf? You picked an all skill shot champ that you never played before and going to learn how to play him in ranked? I seen that a lot and it cost people a lot of games So i can see how that would work but I also know people just hitting 30 on a smurf who know how to play those champs don't want to play a bunch more normal games just so they can play them in ranked.

When you just hit 30 on your smurf and play ranked you don't have that many champs to begin with so what happens if you have 2 champs at mastery level and they get banned? your screwed.

5 not 3

This would REALLY pinch champion pools. I play mostly support, for example, so I don't have any champion masteries for toplane champions. If I'm last pick (which you addressed elsewhere), I have to pick Janna or something (since that's all I have), and possibly face a two week ranked ban.
