The new Liandrys
Will be a MUST buy on any mage with DoT abilities including Annie's tibbers. I can see the following mages become stronger because of it; especially if they rush it early:
I think it's gonna be loads of fun.
And for all of you freaking out...its 30 freakin AP more. It doesn't buff the full build it just makes 
a more reasonable buy without having to rush some damage first. I think Riot is headed in the right direction with most of the AP changes.
