Just because it's Normals, doesn't mean you have any rights to troll & feed with no LP risks.

Was playing a game, and I get to have this trolling mid lane Yasuo, who said in-chat that "I came here to suck LOL", and after that, he proceeded to feed the enemy Zed & builds 6 Dorans Blade. You can also see here that the other games he played were all Ranked games, and he took them seriously. But when it comes to Normals, he just goes "FK IT" & trolled the shit out of my game. What's even worse is that this guy is a Platinum.

Jeez, I get this ridiculous elo attitude in occasional times, where when a Bronze is losing a match & goes bad in Normals, high elo claims that this is why he deserved to be Bronze. But when a high elo is losing a match & goes bad in Normals, high elo's reponse would be "Chill, it's just Normals". What kind of fked up equality is this??

Look, I don't care if it were either Normals or Ranked, I still take both modes seriously. I play Normals lots because I always wanted to perfect my timing/cs-ing/champion countering etc. a lot whilst having a good team which helps cooperating with my list, so that way, I will not be ruining anyone's Ranked matches by silly mistakes. But in this situation? It's just stupid, and it's way over the line here.

Yes, I have already reported his ass (and no "Thank you for reporting this guy" pop-up box, so I know my report seems like a waste), I'm just here to express my opinions on dumb situations such as this.
