How do you mute someone in the new HUD?

Mute buttons are hidden in a menu behind an icon, why riot? Why did you have to hide our mute button. And before someone says use the /command, this isn't the days of DOS and everquest.

Hover over their icon in the tab menu and a little window will pop up with their summoner name and champion name. There will be a little Sound box you can click to mute them there.
