@Riot Another Request to Give Karma Back Her Fans

I feel like the use of her fans was a core part of her kit and she just really feels empty without it. Now she just throws out blue-green stuff. The fans really put the "soul" and "indomitable will" into her kit idk why but it invoked that type of feeling and now that she only uses it when she dances...its really disappointing.
