If you're wondering about the recent NA server connectivity issues.....

So I've just recently realized that any post in the Help & Support sub-comm is disconnected from the front page, which makes perfect sense, but it also explains why I've needed to go around spamming links to people asking for answers on this on other communities.

Here is the link to the post I made with a detailed explanation as well as Red Posts and technical background on the subject which has been hiding in the Help & Support sub-comm. Can't guarantee it will help those with bachelors+ in computer engineering and networking and such, but for anyone else (myself included) it should give you all you need.
