If you go 3/18/5 in a game I don't think you should be playing ranked matches.
Or even league honestly.

What if you go 1/12 with Teemo, should you still be allowed to play ranked matches, or league?
Some people have bad games or days.
It happens. Raging at the person doesn't help; in fact, it could get you banned. We have all had bad games, and while 3/18/5 is on the extreme side of bad, it's not worth starting a rant post over.
There is a "Play Again" button for a reason. All of us have had games where we fed, and it's just part of LoL. Deal with it or don't play the game.
You're a Bronze III player who's gone 1-12 with Teemo, of all champs. I don't think your teammates are the worst of your problems.
You will have deaths in this game, i could understand if he was intentionally feeding, but depending on how long the game was i could see someone going 18 death. you make like in order to play this game you need a really low death rate and thats impossible. there are games where you will get 1-3 death and some games where you are going to get 10+ death. its how the game works. you need kills in order get gold and get objective.
