Yep. Pretty much. I think Brand will be a little less 'OP' after people get used to him, but yeah...

I mean... I'd rather go against 5 brands, along with 4 other teammates than a veigar right now. That AP stacking is "balanced."

Imagine having an AFK mid against a Veigar. He has 122 stacks before the 20 minute mark just farming away, and everyone else had their lanes to tend to. I could kill him if I played well enough, but only in a 1v1, his Q did 1/3 of my HP. When you have an AFK that just makes the game that much more unwinnable, I think stacking champs should lose stacks on death. Cho does and he just gains HP, why can't people who gain actual DAMAGE lose them?
