about end season rewards and bans. @riot

I feel as if the rewards should not be left out for banned players that IMPROVED there accounts either by not afking and no longer in toxic standing. this way we can truly balance out the bad apples from the rotten apples. I was ALSO banned but i am no longer toxic and worked extremly hard to get where i am.so have many others the feeling of working towards something just to have it taking from you leaves you .. quite bitter.
