Possible Solution for Champ Select Trolls-Dodge Cards and Report

To reduce the amount of games played with trolls/toxic people:

Add a "Dodge" similar to ARAM's reroll in champion select-

If you have 60+ honor and no infractions in the past 2 months, you can generate points for a dodge card, in which you can dodge a Q without penalty or lp loss.

There are several levels:

If you have: 60-100 honor: 700 points needed for a dodge card 101-150: 650 points 151-200: 600 points 201-300: 550 points 301-450: 500 points 451-500: 450 points 501-550: 400 points 551-650: 350 points 651-1100: 300 points 1101+: 250 points, max cards increased to 3. (Some people have this much honor but no ribbon ;-;) Honor ribbon: 200 points, max cards increased to 4.

How to generate points:

Every SR game, you generate 30 points. Every time you are honored by someone you weren't Qd up with, you gain 35 points. [need someway to prevent honor for honor in post game] Every win, you generate 10 points.

Along with a dodge card, you gain the ability to report in champion select, with the ! button next to each player's name.

With a dodge card, you could report the player, dodge the Q, wait for ~4 minutes, then Q up again, saving your LP. It can be abused by players who get an unfavorable team composition, but everyone will have access to one, unless they have misbehaved recently.
