He's either going to get a Legendary or an ultimate skin for his new one. Anything less would be a big hit to riot and it would generate a big backlash fromt he community.
Also he has a lot of models and L or U skins would cover all of the basis.

How about do up a professional level design
And who know's just maybe you may get your own skin quitely if it's a worth while skin developing, but you'd need to make it look really good
Skin design's actually start out as 3 draft's off loading screen icon's 1st
Pretty much design a loading skin icon, and post it hear, but need's to be good

That's why I said 1820 or 3250 rp skins are going to be his first. Mostly because he's been without one for a very long time and these would be sufficient for the wait.
BIGCOZZA1 votesIt's really not that much harder, they can re-render colour's and just use mesh morphing, fairly simple proceedure for this kind off professionals and a very enjoyable 1
