I never played the beta. Personally from what I've seen the game looks cool but I think the hype is borderline absurd and I'm unlikely to buy it because of the $60 price tag. I'm not going to dump out 60 buck for a game that I'm not sure I'll actually like and play.
The Origins edition is 60 bucks, but that's an optional upgrade. You can get just the basic version of the game for 40, and if you look around enough can probably find some small discount off of that. Amazon prime members get something like 10% off all preorders for new released games. Green man gaming also usually has pretty good pricing on new releases as well.
Last week was an open beta (meaning anyone who wants to try it can), if you were interested why didn't you try it for free when you could?
Either way, its the first game Blizzard has made in 20 years that isn't a spin-off of the Warcraft/Starcraft/Diablo franchises. That alone should make you curious enough to see what they come up with and want to check it out if you usually enjoy Blizzard games. Good luck with your decision.

Amazing game! If you ever played TF2, it's the same concept. I enjoy it a lot. Hopefully they bring in ranked systems!
I played it a bit, and I enjoyed it even tho I don't play man shooter games. i would recommend it from what I have seen.
I played the beta weekend they had recently and didn't care for it. If I want an FPS Moba-esque game I'd go play Paladins from HiRez as that was a lot better.

Yes it is that good, played it for the first time in open beta and put over 60 hours into it. You can also buy it for 40 dollars on the standard edition if you get it on pc.
