Should I buy Quinn?

I need another ADC in my kit. I play Ashe as my main ADC and do well with her.. but I think that's because shes very support like and I'm a support main. I got to play and love old Quinn last time she was free to play and have just gotten 6300 IP I need. Should I get her now shes been reworked or save my IP for something else?

Wait till the next set of changes come through from the PBE, then play her when she's on free week. She's still a very niche playstyle that is difficult to master

But don't play 5.22 Quinn. She sucks

5.22 quinn is shit, 5.23 buff quin wil be fun/viable to play
