Viktor actually. I'd pick him vs a lot of people and I'd easily beat Kassadin to death with him in lane...
Problem is outside of lane when Kassadin goes ham, especially when I have to hug turret because the enemy jungler could be anywhere with our own jungler DC'd for 10 minutes :(
