Has a Rioter ever kicked an extremely toxic player in the middle of a match before?
Say you had an EXTREMELY toxic player making death threats and whatnot in a game with a Rioter. Would said Rioter have the right to simply boot that player mid-game?

no they would wait till someone on his/her team says "report this guy for being a troll" so that they can ban that guy as well. 2 birds 1 stone. who needs to be toxic to get reported anyway?
Most people probably won't be stupid enough to be that way when in the face of a rioter. But then again, this is the LoL community were talking about...
