[FEK Post] Recruiting 1 Staff Member + Events This Month
Note: This thread will be posted on both General Discussion and Miscellaneous, in order to reach out to as many people as possible.
Hello all! It's been a while and so I'm going to get right to it: With Explorer Ezreal's leave of the staff (we will miss you very much and we appreciated your time with us, so thank you for your efforts), we are short one member and need someone to fulfill his role. After discussing the requirements, two events will be listed to come up in the near future (later this month). Times and specifics will be listed at a later date, so stay tuned!
FEK Staff Recruitment Position: FEK Event Lead/Co-Lead
Currently, Mounting Dread (myself) does the shoutcasting and is in charge of streaming, finding guest shoutcasters, discussing events with staff, and tackling some of the organizing. However, we need a second person to help manage and discuss events.
You will:

Help, along with Tundra Fizz and Mounting Dread, plan out monthly events including tournaments, for fun events such as karaoke nights and fun game modes, and more.

Help plan out rules, and carry out rulings while events occur.

Create threads such as this one written in an eloquent/professional manner (with the help of the other staff) communicating monthly plans to the community, and for specific events.

Be available on most weekends from 6 PM Pacific/9 PM Eastern for at least 4 hours. We ask of this for good measure as typically things end before this, and on rare occasion go on further, but we ask that you're available for at least this long. You must be committed in this time to the tournament (so no going off into a game!)

Be willing to accept that you will not be able to participate in official FEK tournaments. You are allowed to join for fun nights (casual game nights, karaoke nights, or anything else that is made). In addition, you will not be able to participate in contests that you may be required to vote on, such as art contests.

Be able to be a professional member of the community (we all have a lot of fun and can get silly at times, but we do ask that you take this seriously).

Be an active poster in the forum community.
If you are interested in taking on this role, post here and/or add Mounting Dread or Tundra Fizz in game. Decisions will be made by the 23rd or 24th, giving two weeks after the making of this post.
Upcoming Events:
More information will be added in future threads after some final decisions are made. Currently we are looking into:
-Having a "Donger Dash" event on the 23rd and/or the 24th. More information will be added no later than a week before the event occurs.
-Having a "Karaoke Night" event on the 30th and/or the 31st. More information will be added no later than a week before the event occurs.
