Wait,autofill is seperated by games?

so I have done two placements (cause on one I wasn't told I was put in a ranked premade and another was enough to ruin my enjoyment.) one singed and the last on zilean. I still have autofill protection for ranked but it's active on draft. I don't mind autofill but why would it be like that?
