I just played with a Karthus that said GG all game

He said this because I was playing Garen jungle in a normal game and I got invaded by a Shaco who camped my red giving up first blood

He fed the enemy Yasuo so hard in lane that he ended up 21/10/6

In the mid game we actually managed to get an ace but he kept saying GG

Then in the end game lobby blamed the loss on the 0/7 Morgana

0/7/17 Morgana

He told me I was failure at life

I told him I am a High Honors student in HS

He said he was too

I then asked him why waste everyone else's time

He just said gg

I told him that we could have won if he tried

He just said GG and left

Conclusion:

I get people have bad days, But being so negative isn't going to get you anywhere in life I like to be nice guy support most of time You know the one who makes it so that the team atmosphere is as enjoyable as possible But this guy is a waste of air

He's a waste of a Summoner

Don't let asshats like that ruin the game for you. If they seem like they're going to troll chat all game, mute them before they bother you. Never respond to them in any negative way whatsoever, because as much as they might deserve it, it becomes a pain for the rest of teh team as well and can result in you getting legitimately reported. Try to shrug it off as best you can and don't let them win.
