Somewhat Legit Ultimate Ryze Build

This is with Hybrid Pen Marks, Flat AP Glyphs (AP per level would be better, but I don't have them for some reason), and Mana per level Seals and Quints.

3 Infernal Dragons, Elder Dragon, and Baron
Otherwise you can see all of the items and buffs relevant.
When I say "somewhat legit", I understand that it is so unlikely that anyone will put the time into stacking both tear items, but by doing so with these items, before all of the dragons, Baron, and Sorcerer pot, I had roughly 800 AP and a little over 6000 Mana.
Basically, when I say "legit", I'm not buying
With Muramana complete, that adds 360 damage to your auto attacks and single target spells against enemy champions with full mana.
With 8280 mana, this gets up to about 500 bonus damage.
Otherwise he is fairly tanky and puts out some damage. (I solo'd Baron, .. which wasn't easy)
To try and avoid some of the toxic comments, I just want to say that I was bored and I'm just wanting to share what I did.
I'm not trying to convince anyone to actually do this build in a real game.
