Looking for a rioter to help me with my tickets. Last 5 have been closed, without helping me

So the title says it all. My tickets have been rudely closed without addressing my issues.(they are not ban related) Riot personal keep closing them and not helping me. This is literally the rudest customer service i have ever gotten. Since their is no contact number their is no way to escalate these issues.

I asking the members of the community to comment or up-vote so a RED will see this and look into my tickets. The ticket personal are not doing their jobs.

You're going to need to tell people what your problem is if you want them to help you.

I agree with MeMEME The only way to get people to upvote your problem is to make it interesting enough to them. Riot normally answers me pretty quickly with my problems so whatever you are having a problem with if you think its important enough to post it on the forums, then you should post the reason as well.
