Boards Summoner Icon not changing!

Not really sure if this is the right place to post this, but how do you get your little Summoner Icon to change on the boards? My icon has been the Blood Moon emblem from awhile back, but I've changed my icon in-game so many times, yet it hasn't changed here. I currently have the Dark Star Thresh icon on right now, but as you can see, it hasn't changed :/

Anyone know how to fix this? It's not super important, but it would be nice to finally have it change here.
