So I have a good pc. Like a really good pc, it has gone up to 600 fps on league before. But instead of being constant, it is at 600 for like 5 or 10 seconds then goes down to 2 for like 2 seconds then back to 600. Anyone know why?

No I do cap it, I mean it helps but it still has these little drops. From like 60 to 30
