You're kinda ignoring the context of why those plays are named specifically after those pro players. Especially the xpeke backdoor with his 
against SK Gaming. That moment was intense for all the people watching that game live.
And I wouldn't say they are basic plays. Maybe you can pull off the lee sin "insec" easily but that doesn't mean it's still a hard thing to pull off consistently and accurate enough.
